Shipping policy

All orders will be sent out to the address that is specified in the checkout procedure, and by whichever delivery option you choose. If there is anything we need to know about shipping there is a notes section you can add to if needs be.

If you receive a faulty product which is very unlikely, please notify us using the contact email provided within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to refund any faulty products then they must be sent back for us to check. You will not receive a refund until we deem the product unacceptable, we will also refund shipping costs if this is the case. Please make sure that the order is double-checked before payment to ensure the products wanted are right.
