Product Description
All our products have descriptions beneath the products to the best of our knowledge. Price and availability are subject to change without notice
Ordering products
All orders are made through the website. Confirmation of the order will be sent out with the email address used to place the order. When the order is placed, we start to begin the process of the order and shipping.
Prices and Payments
The price of all products is clear to see on each different product. In addition to the price of the product, you will be liable to pay postage and packaging fees which are available at checkout.
Debit/Credit Card and PayPal are available. We do have Buy Now Pay Later options available which you can learn more about on checkout by clicking the different options.

LIMIT Lash By Ella has the right to cancel and refund any orders if a coupon code is used that may not be applicable to them.
Delivery
All orders will be sent out to the address that is specified in the checkout procedure, and by whichever delivery option you choose. If there is anything we need to know about shipping there is a notes section you can add to if needs be.
Returns
If you receive a faulty product which is very unlikely, please notify us using the contact email provided within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to refund any faulty products then they must be sent back for us to check. You will not receive a refund until we deem the product unacceptable, we will also refund shipping costs if this is the case.
Please make sure that your order/basket is double-checked before payment to ensure the products wanted are right no refunds will be made for any products bought in error
Discounts and Coupon Codes
Only ONE coupon code must be used at any one time if not the order will be cancelled. If any coupon codes are not working, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact us form.
GENERAL information
On confirmation of the order, we believe that you are qualified and do not require any certification to prove your qualifications. LIMIT Lash does not hold any liability for any incorrect use due to not being professionally trained.
Patch tests should be offered to any client especially when using a new brand of lash adhesive but make sure you follow your insurer’s instructions on this.
We are also a ‘Cruelty-Free’ Brand. We are against any form of animal testing.
